Payment Policy

We currently accept personal checks and cash only.

General Policies 

• 24 hour cancellation required or we will require payment for the entire booking.

• 50% deposit for holiday periods 

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered. 

• Trip period 5-10 days = 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED (will be applied to balance)     

• Trip Period more than 10 days = 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED (will be applied to balance)     

• 24 hour notice on early arrival home.  On any pet sitting reservation we will continue to care for your pet(s) until you notify us that you have arrived home.
